The Slutty Summer Trilogy includes 3 films by director Casper Andreas:
Slutty Summer, A Four Letter Word & Violet Tendencies
In 2004 Casper Andreas premiered his first feature "Slutty Summer", a romantic comedy about a group of Chelsea waiters. He himself played the character Markus and he hired Jesse Archer to play Luke. Casper and Jesse then wrote the script for "A Four Letter Word" together, spinning off some of the characters from their first film. Premiered in 2007, "A Four Letter Word" centers around Luke with several of the other characters from "Slutty Summer" returning -- including Marilyn, and Peter & Derek. Then, Jesse wrote another spin-off bringing back Luke once more, along with Casper's character Markus from "Slutty Summer" as well as Derek and Audrey from "A Four Letter Word", and introducing many new ones, including Violet, played by the fearless Mindy Cohn in the just released "Violet Tendencies". The three comedies all explore relationships, sex, love and friendship among gay men and their friends in present day New York City.
